It was great attending the Rainforest Trust UK event for London Climate Action Week a few weeks ago with inspiring speakers Monica Feria-Tinta and Harvey Locke, and evocative music performed by Luzmira Zerpa.
The event underlined the importance of standing tropical forests for World Rainforest Day, and we were privileged to be immersed in nature at the beautiful Camley Street Natural Park.
Since its inception, The Rainforest Trust has:
- Stored the equivalent of 7.5 billion metric tons of CO2
- Protected 50 million acres across the globe
- Protected almost 3,000 endangered species
Donating to the Rainforest Trust is such an easy way to make a difference, and you and your business will be supporting 11 of the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The FD Consultant is a proud conservation circle member of Rainforest Trust UK.
