Diversity and inclusion in the workplace - our participation in a workshop and film

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) set up a workshop. They issued a film which shines a light on the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and explores what it means for employees, employers and the success of every organisation.

Attending this event on Inclusivity and Diversity was humbling, memorable and insightful. Some powerful moments and experiences were shared.

Learning about the experiences of others and how to view situations from different perspectives is a valuable life lesson that will serve you well, both in business and in your personal life.

Diversity and Inclusion must be high on the agenda of businesses that are determined to succeed.

A big thank you to the ICAEW for showing strong leadership in this area and to Steps Drama Learning Development, who performed various role plays which provoked much discussion.
