The ICAEW recently set up a workshop and issued a film which shines a light on the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and explores what it means for employees, employers and the success of every organisation.
It was humbling, memorable and insightful attending this event on Inclusivity and Diversity. Some powerful moments and experiences were shared.
Learning about the experiences of others and how to view situations from different perspectives is a valuable life lesson that will serve you well, both in business and your personal life.
Diversity and Inclusion needs to be high on the agenda of businesses that are determined to succeed.
A big thank you to the ICAEW for showing strong leadership in this area and Steps Drama Learning Development who performed various role plays which provoked much discussion.
