Did you know that since its inception, The Rainforest Trust has protected a total area of virgin rainforest equivalent to the land mass of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and 2 x Wales?!
This was one of the interesting and inspiring facts we learned at the recent presentation held by Rainforest Trust UK.
One of our proudest achievements this year was becoming a member of the Rainforest Trust conservation circle. At The FD Consultant, we want to contribute to protecting the world from the devastating effects of climate change.
As well as being supporters ourselves, we encourage our clients to develop their sustainability policies, and supporting such a great organisation is definitely a step in the right direction.
The wonderful team at Rainforest Trust are committed to creating protected areas for the benefit of the species and communities directly dependent upon the rainforest, as well as for the wider planet.
